Cancellation Policy
✨ The Nail Vault Cancellation & No-Show Policy ✨
To respect everyone’s time and ensure availability for all clients, please review our policy:
• Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
• clients running more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule appointment along with a 50% charge.
All fees must be paid before booking a future appointment.
